Residential Redevelopment on Saffron Hill, London EC1

This former 1950s office building that was converted by the Landmark Group into luxury apartments.  Renovation included extension of the original five-floors building, with three extra levels added. The renovated building now includes twenty-five flats in eight floors.

30,000 Square, Redevelopment, Farringdon Rd, London EC1

This building was originally constructed in the mid 1950s as a cheese factory. In 2003, it was acquired for development as an office, retail and residential centre.

West Heath Rd, Hampstead, London NW3

A 33,305 sq ft lot (0.76 acres) was purchased in 2003for the development of 14 brand new luxury apartments.

Loft Building, Saffron Hill, EC1

This redevelopment and new building project took place from 1996 to 1998 and consisted of 100,000sq ft transformed into 63 loft style flats.

St Cross Street, EC1

The project of planning for 5 flats and a shop took place from 1997 to 1998.

Newman Street, W1 (acquired from the NHS)

The project of planning for 120 self contained units for letting took place from 1997 to 1998.

Berner Street, W1

This property was purchased in. It was sold before completion.

Chiswick W4

This refurbishment project took place from 1995 to 1997. The property was sold as one block to a Singapore investor.

 Saint George’s Square Mews SW1

This development project of 10 Mews Houses took place in 1995. The property was sold one month after completion.
